Everything was great! The apartment one of best we’ve had. Great rental equipment, good service, by everyone we met, great slopes, great food in the restaurants in the slopes, the bus service worked very well. We had a fantastic time in Sölden and definitely want to come back!

At arrival we detected that our stay, which A CASA confirmed 3 months ago, at Lakeside, was booked to someone else. So we were replaced at another place, that we never had accepted. The service was absolute unacceptable. A CASA had no photos to show us of the new place. We were told if we not accepted it, to sleep in the streets and that it wasn’t their fault, that it wasn’t communicated earlier than at arrival. A CASA is absolutely not a landlord that we can recommend anyone. That you now ask us to review a place that we never stayed at, tells us again that the administrative system at A CASA is a mess!
