Very nice common areas, restaurant and excellent sauna areas. Good quality breakfast and dinner. Excellent service from the staff. Our 4 people two double bedroom apartment on 4th floor was below the very good standard of the rest of the hotel, possibly being the last accommodation available as we made a last-minute booking. Good location with a bus stop in front of hotel and frequent 5-10min bus ride to ski-lifts.

The hotel is really close to the cabin station , only few min with the local bus. The wellness area is new and offer a lot of choices between sauna and steam bath , maybe it's a little small and in the afternoon can be quite crowded . Very nice the welcome drink with a great Ruinart glass . Waiters and reception staff friendly . I would suggest that could be better if the staff reception can give all the information directly and not relying on the info paper given with the room key . It's only matter of minutes to inform clients directly instead of delivering a piece of paper that personally I did not bother to read . All this would also improved the " connection " between clients and staff and create a more " familiar " feeling with the place . My room was a single room , old style room that you can expect in a 3star hotel . I supposed that other rooms have been remodeled . The bar area and restaurant area are renewed and look nice , still with a very basic quality of the furniture and design , nothing cosy or intimate , very " ordinary " . Very poor quality for breakfast e terrible quality for dinner a la carte . The same for the afternoon tea , few pieces of poor quality not home made cakes , the same kind of supermarket cakes for 3 days in a row . For the prices of the rooms overall quality must improve a lot if they want to be a 4 star hotel .
